Delivery is carried out within a day (on pre-holidays and holidays, the delivery time may increase) after placing an order. When shipping products to the regions, the terms are set based on the time required for delivery by the transport company.

Delivery by courier in Moscow and St. Petersburg – cost 499 rubles up to 5kg. The service of lifting / lowering cylinders 10 l, 20 l, 25 l, 30 l, 40 l and 50 l must be ordered in advance. When delivering goods to shopping and business centers, closed areas, please agree on the terms of delivery in advance.

Delivery by a transport company : we will send by a transport company that you wish (within the Moscow Ring Road) or we will select a transport company ourselves, at your request.
The cost for the delivery of the order by the transport company to the buyer’s city is calculated based on the tariff of the selected transport company. The services of the transport company are paid by the buyer separately upon receipt of the goods and are not included in the cost of the goods.

Pickup in Moscow is possible from 09:00 to 20:00.
In St. Petersburg from 10:00 to 21:00.
